3. In-Feed Ads:

Here is a snapshot of my blog performance.

Page RPM (Revenue per Mille) and Impression RPM are two important metrics in Google AdSense that help you understand how much revenue you’re generating from your ads.

  1. Page RPM (Revenue per Mille):
    • Page RPM is a metric that represents the estimated earnings you earn for every 1,000 page views on your website. It’s a measure of the overall performance of your AdSense ads on your webpages. Page RPM is calculated with the following formula:
    • Page RPM=(Total Earnings/Total Page Views)×1000
    • For example, if you earn $100 from 50,000 page views, your Page RPM would be:
    • Page RPM=($100/50,000)×1000=$2 RPM
    • Page RPM gives you an idea of how effectively you’re monetizing your website’s traffic. A higher Page RPM indicates better ad performance.
  2. Impression RPM (Revenue per Mille):
    • Impression RPM is similar to Page RPM, but it’s focused on individual ad impressions rather than page views. It measures how much revenue you earn for every 1,000 ad impressions. Impression RPM is calculated with the following formula:
    • Impression RPM=(Total Earnings/Total Ad Impressions)×1000
    • This metric provides insights into the effectiveness of your individual ad units. It’s useful for comparing the performance of different ad types, ad placements, or ad sizes.

In summary:

  • Page RPM measures how much you earn for every 1,000 page views on your site, indicating the overall performance of your AdSense ads across your entire website.
  • Impression RPM measures how much you earn for every 1,000 individual ad impressions, giving you insights into the performance of specific ad units or ad types.

Experiment with Ad Units
