I hate Black Friday… specifically the concept of SALES in general. The simple truth is you can’t make people buy something they don’t want. You can, however, make people buy things they don’t need. I believe SALES is a scam created for that purpose.
Nevertheless, I was a victim just like everyone else. But lets me justify why I spent that much money.
ARLO PRO SMART SECURITY SYSTEM ($323.24)
I have been on the market for camera security systems for a while now. Christmas is just around the corner. Crime rate statistically increases around the holiday season. Just last year around New Year, my right next-door neighbor’s house got broken into. They threw a brick through the kitchen window. Luckily, no one was home. They decided to spend about $2,500 on an expensive security camera packages, and I don’t blame them. But it got me panic too. It was too close for comfort.

I kept putting it off because they are costly. Also, there are so many options out there with many mixed reviews, and I just didn’t know which one to get.
I came across Costco, and they had this deal on their front page Black Friday top sale:
- Original price is $579.99 on Arlo.com
- Costco took $170 off with free shipping, over 500 reviews with 3.5/5 stars.
- I looked at some reviews on Youtube and found Andy’s review:

Well, what can I say: our bed is too small. When I bought the house, my only thought was the Queen should just be enough. In college I always had a Twin so moving to a Queen was a significant upgrade. Who knows a couple years later, the mistress moved in and we regularly talked about upgrading to a bigger bed.
It happened that Tuft & Needle mattress was on sale. The original price was $750
I always want to support entrepreneur so what is a better way than buying from this lovely start-up
The Queen mattress I had was BedGear brand from Ashley furniture and it was amazing: I had no back pain at all sleeping on that mattress for over 4 years. The price on that was around $500 so I set my spending and didn’t want to go over the budget. Many good reviews on You Tube was also a factor when making decision on this mattress.

This is something my fiancé has always talked about. She was very curious about her ancestry, so I figure this would make an amazing Christmas gift. The original price was $199, and it was one of the top Amazon Black Friday deal.
